Today's Promise

Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
1 Corinthians 15:51-53/NIV

1950's Housewife Challenge - Day 13

The challenge: You can't say anything negative about your husband ...to your husband...or to anyone else, about your husband. Also, you must say something that you admire or appreciate about your husband...to your husband...and to someone else, about your husband.

I'm going to derail a bit from the schedule today to allow things to match up a little better.

Proverbs 20:7a  A righteous man walks in his integrity...  In today's world, it is hard to go even a day or two without hearing of some man who has been involved in something outside of his marriage vows or moral and ethical values.  Think of ways today how your husband is living a life of integrity and, if appropriate, share those examples with others.

If you have not written a post admiring your husband, please do so now!  Also, how is your list of priorities going?  You can see here on one of Courtney's blogs how her list went.  There was something she thought would be important to her husband, but was it?

Home Economics tip of the day:  Some "Do Not's":  Don't greet him with problems and complaints.  Don't complain if he is late for dinner.  Count this as a minor problem compared to what he might have gone through that day.
